You will:
  • Have the ability to anchor the client and the team
  • Partner Junior to mid-level clients on deliverables and requirements sometimes beyond the scope of work
  • Deliver high-quality work within project teams
  • Lead communication support for issues management
  • Have excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Be a leader in discipline, both at work and in soft skills
  • Lead in exploring New Business Opportunities
  • Lead Case Studies and prepare Award submission
  • Ability to inspire, mentor and supervise junior staff to achieve aspects relevant to the organisational objective and personal goals

Senior Account Executive

Across Cities

Client Service / Project Management:
  • Understands client’s business beyond scope of work
  • Partners Junior to mid-level clients on deliverables and requirements (Owns the relationship at this level)
  • Able to lead briefings with clients / prospects
  • Able to draft recommendations and proposals for senior team review
  • Lead discussions on owned projects
  • Draft near final content – bylines, briefing books, press releases, media Q&A’s
  • Quality assurance on work sent to client
  • Conducting research and drawing and mining outcomes and insights
  • Ability to define, lead and write case papers
  • Be able to showcase the work of the team for Case Studies and prepare Award submission first draft
  • Ability to think and executed integrated campaign ideas
Capabilities:
  • Build good journalist / influencer relationships
  • Measuring the effectiveness / ROI on campaigns once they are launched
  • Able to work on digital platforms - Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Weibo, Wechat
  • Be a part of New business Pitches

Account Manager

  • Ability to anchor the client and the team - play the role of a consultant/advisor to the client an lead the team
  • Understands client’s business beyond scope of work
  • Partners Junior to mid-level clients on deliverables and requirements (Owns the relationship at this level)
  • Understand client ask and articulate it in the project plan
  • Able to draft recommendations and proposals for senior team review
  • Quality assurance on work sent to client
  • Ability to think and execute integrated campaigns
  • Ability to define, lead and write case papers
  • Be able to showcase the work of the team for Case Studies and prepare Award submission first draft
Business Development:
  • Assist senior team members in developing new business initiatives
  • Work on Case Studies and prepare Award submission first draft
  • Contributes to RF Marketing Calendar
Capabilities:
  • Drives an insight led thinking culture amongst the wider teams
  • Exhibit effective project management working closely with account teams and keep them abreast of timelines and deadlines
  • Measure the effectiveness / ROI on campaigns once they are launched
  • Able to work on digital platforms - Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Weibo, Wechat
  • Be a part of a minimum of 4 New business Pitches and not limit to this
